The COPPER C is a preparation of copper citrate stabilized on bentonite for the elimination of odors of hydrogen sulfide in the wine. The formulated reacts quickly with hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans, causing the precipitation and at the same time increasing the copper content in an irrelevant manner.

Oeno Ex
Aging Assistant
OenoEx is a product of vegetal origin selected against certain aromatic substances that interfere with the aromas of the grape varietal. Generally, these substances taste herbal probably related to the maturation of grapes not being optimal or at least the initial processing of grapes not being carried out properly. Sometimes as a result of fermentation stunted or decanting performed late, we are in the presence of interfering molecules derived from cells yeast or interactions of these with SO2.
The addition of OenoEx allows you to bring out the aroma of the original variety. The wine treated with OenoEx is always cleaner and sharper than the untreated control, dimished characteristics of grass, rough edges, and typical aromas of the grape are highlighted.
Oeno Effer
Effervescent Complex Sulfuring
Oeno Effer is a product made from effervescent granules of metabisulfite and potassium bicarbonate. It is an auto dispersing agent.
Composition: 75% – 224 Potassium metabisulfite; 25% E-501 Potassium Bicarbonate.
Suitable for both applications, during transportation of grapes in the cellar and for sulphuring during the wine making process.
In addition, due to its characteristics such as self-spread, it is easy to apply for sulphitation wine in oak barrels, avoiding the need to put the mass agitation.

Antioxidant complex
Oenomag is an antioxidant complex based on potassium metabisulphite, ascorbic acid and hydrolyzed tannin.
Oenomag is a special formulation designed to ferment grape musts and reduction.
The synergy between the components of the product allows you to control the oxidasic enzymatic activity present on the grapes in the winemaking grape flavoring enhances the organoleptic characteristics.
OenoNox GR
OenoNox GR is a natural antioxidant glutathione based
The reduced glutathione is already present in the grapes and its budget is directly proportional to the amount of YAN, and depends on the nitrogen nutrition and water present for the plant.
Most of reduced glutathione present in grapes vanishes in the early stages of processing the grapes. In the presence of lees, Glutathione exerts a protective action, as is widely demonstrated by both the must aromatic preservation that the significant reduction of the decay of color in wines.
