WinZym Arom is a high concentration of pectinases produced from a selected strain of Aspergillus Niger.
The product mainly contains different activities of pectin lyase and β- glucosidase.

and it is used for lactic bacteria control, that is basic for high quality wines.
It acts degrading cells membranes of lactic bacteria like Oenococcus,
Lattobacillus, Pediococcus.
Win Lisozym has no effect on acetic bacteria and yeasts.
