Oenococcus Oeni – Wine malolactic bacteria Win Bacter 20 and 100 are selected strains of malolactic bacteria very resistant to high alcohol levels, at medium temperature with SO2 levels in the norm.

The refinement of wine reached with Win Bacter is unique for the complexity of organoleptic sensations obtained. We suggest to follow the advices on our protocol in order to obtain satisfactory results. Also it is advised to support bacteria with Win Nutrient Malo.

Win Bacter +

Oenococcus Oeni – Wine malolactic bacteria ready for immediate use. Win Bacter + are selected strains of malolactic bacteria very resistant to high alcohol levels, at medium temperature with SO2 levels in the norm.

Win Bacter + characteristic is its intrinsic capacity to ferment directly in wine without controlled pre-multiplication. At the end of fermentation the roundness and fullness will have increased, and extended gustatory feelings too. It is advised to support bacteria with Win Nutrient Malo.
