Win Nutrient Bio is made from inactivated yeasts, thiamine and ammonium phosphate. Win Nutrient Bio is a particular formulation designated to exceed the needs of various fermentative processes. The synergy between components of this product, allows to supply yeasts with nutrients in difficult situations too, like inhibitors presence or in final phase, when the yeasts vitality could reduce until arrest.

The ammonium phosphate and inactivated yeasts, sources of readily assimilable nitrogen, active yeast growth and metabolism; the present cell walls adsorb possible inhibitors. In presence of aromatic grapes, the finesse of inactive yeasts contributes positively to exaltation of the aroma.
