The Oeno XE layers are composed of selected cellulose fibers, filtration adjuvants (non-hazardous) and a synthetic substrate capable of improving the filtration capacity and the resistance of the layers itself.

Pleated Polypropylene Cartridge
Oeno Micro P PLX is made with 5 stages of pleated filter media, polypropylene porosity scalar, which allow to obtain a filtration degree of precision and at the same time a very high filtering surface. The assembly for heat-sealing ensures it to be compact and durable . The polypropylene, single material adopted, is chemically stable and compatible with a wide range of liquids and gases.
Oeno Micro P PLX cartridges can be sterilized with steam or sanitized with chemicals.

Depth polypropylene Cartridge
Oeno Micro P Life is a filter cartridge widely used in the wine industry as a pre-filter with high capacity of accumulation of contaminants in the post clarifying filtration and polishing. It is entirely made of polypropylene for winding around a sleeve of filter layers at various degrees of detention, so as to obtain a filter matrix decreasing porosity from the outside inwards. The Oeno Micro P Life cartridge is a depth filter whose internal section ensures a filtration degree of 99.98%, allowing in degrees closer the detention of yeasts and molds may be present. The external sleeve gives the necessary strength to face cycles of steam sterilization or sanitization with chemicals and / or hot water.

Oeno Micro PES is a cartridge with a degree of absolute filtration, designed for the field of beverages with the aim of simplifying and speeding up also the integrity test in situ. The filter media is polyethersulfone arranged, so as to ensure high performance of both working autonomy and quality of the filtrate.
